The following information is usually required during the loan process: - Completed loan application
- Signed disclosures (as provided by Loan Officer)
- Current pay stubs covering one month of pay
- W-2's for the previous two years
- Tax returns for the prior two years (copy of extension, if applicable)
- Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
- Documentation of any large deposits into bank account(s)
- Investment account statements for the past two months (or previous quarter, as applicable)
- Retirement account statements for the past two months (or previous quarter, as applicable)
- Purchase Contract (if applicable)
If you currently own Real Estate: - Mortgage account information
- Home insurance policy information
- Home equity account information (if applicable)
- Copy of existing survey (if applicable)
